Can Skye is divided into a main house with 5 bedrooms, plus 1 guest house and 5 independent suites, ensuring comfort, privacy and flexibility even for large groups.

The main house is arranged as follows:
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
1 family area with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom with shower located between the two rooms.
1 master bedroom located on the upper floor with a charming sea view extending to Formentera. This bedroom features a large private terrace with hammocks and direct access to the swimming pool. The room is bright and spacious and includes a double bed and an elegant bathroom with shower.

Very close to the main house (approximately 30 m) there is an additional independent guest house of 80 m² with its own kitchen. It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area, ideal for guests seeking greater independence.

Within the property, just a few metres from the pool, there are also five brand-new independent suites, each measuring 20 m². Each suite features a spacious double bedroom (double beds that can be separated) and a bathroom with shower. In front of each room there is a small private garden, perfect for moments of relaxation in total privacy.

The outdoor areas of the villa are truly a dream and represent one of its greatest highlights. The vast outdoor spaces, immersed in nature and perfectly equipped, provide an ideal setting for an exclusive holiday or for hosting private events and high-level social gatherings. In addition to the peace and silence that define Can Skye, the garden features a sauna, a dedicated yoga and gym area, and a small rustic disco, perfect for private evenings.
