The house is accessed through an elegant porch with a sabina wood roof, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings from the very first moment. From this space there is access to one of the suites, the dining room, and a third door leading to the kitchen.

The kitchen is independent, spacious, and fully equipped, designed for comfortable and functional family stays. It has a pantry room where all kitchen utensils are stored and where the washing machine is located. It also features a breakfast table.
From the kitchen there is access to the dining room, equipped with a long, high-quality table with space for 10 guests, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.
The living room is located in a separate area, very spacious and bright, with large glass windows offering open views of the countryside and the sea, and direct access to the pool. It features several large and comfortable sofas, as well as a TV with satellite connection, creating a perfect space for relaxation and family time.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning:
One suite with a double bed and bathroom with shower, another suite with a double bed, bathroom with shower, and direct access to the pool terrace, and a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or guests.
