Villa Rentals in Ibiza | La Casa Ibicenca<\/p>\n\n
These conditions govern bookings managed by La Casa Ibicenca, hereinafter “the Agency,” for tourist rentals of properties duly registered with the Consell Insular d’Eivissa in accordance with current regulations (Law 8\/2012 on Tourism of the Balearic Islands and supplementary regulations).<\/p>\n\n
The booking will be considered confirmed once the client has received written confirmation from the Agency and has paid the corresponding deposit.<\/p>\n\n
All bookings are subject to availability and the express acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>\n\n
To formalize the booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount is required.<\/p>\n\n
The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date or as agreed with the Agency. Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure online payment system. <\/p>\n\n
Upon arrival, the client is required to pay a security deposit ranging from \u20ac1,000 to \u20ac5,000, depending on the rented villa.<\/p>\n\n
The deposit will be refunded within 7-10 days after check-out, following verification of the accommodation’s condition.<\/p>\n\n
Cancellation fees will be equal to 50% of the total rental price.<\/p>\n\n
Cancellation fees will be equal to 100% of the rental price.<\/p>\n\n
The client will forfeit all amounts paid.<\/p>\n\n
In case of force majeure or official travel restrictions, the Agency may offer date changes or a voucher of equal value.<\/p>\n\n

Any changes must be approved by the Agency.<\/p>\n\n
The client is required to present valid identification for all guests, as required by traveler registration regulations.<\/p>\n\n
The accommodation is intended exclusively for tourist and vacation purposes.<\/p>\n\n
The following are prohibited:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.<\/p>\n\n The accommodation is provided clean and in perfect condition.<\/p>\n\n The client agrees to maintain it in good condition and return it reasonably clean.
